All services are by appointment only and Shenara will not be taking walk-in clients. The time allocated for each client varies according to the client’s hair needs. Try to arrange your appointment on a day when you are free, so that you can attend your appointment without rushing or being in a hurry.
Appointments – Can I Bring Someone With Me?
Appointments with Shenara are on a one to one basis. She works in a salon with other hairdressers and stylists who aim to keep things as comfortable as possible.
We kindly ask you to not bring anyone along for your appointment. This includes family members and friends.
The exception being Kids Curly Cuts (ages 12 and under) where a parent or guardian must be present.

Buying Product / Gift Cards / Walk-Ins
If you would like to purchase products or a gift card and do not have an appointment, please follow this protocol to avoid disappointment:
Please text 0210695939 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with a request for the products you would like to purchase and the date you would like to come in to purchase them. We aim to respond within 24 hours to inform you if the products are available and my opening hours for the requested date.
Cancellations / Rescheduling
- For your convenience you can cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not use the online booking system to cancel or reschedule, you must notify Shenara via text or email 24 hours before your appointment.
- In the case of cancellation without any notification you will be unable to book a new appointment online using the booking system. You will need to email Shenara.
First Curly Cut / Curl Lesson : Booking Colour Services
Providing Colour, Curlyàge or Foil Services during a First Curly Cut appointment is solely at our discretion.
Booking online for the colour/lightening service for your very first appointment with Shenara does not guarantee that the service will be performed on the day. Factors such as your hair history, damage from chemical services, texturising, keratin treatments, colour, heat, extensions, braids, henna or neglect will affect this decision.
Once booked in for your First Curly Cut or Curl Lesson, I would love to speak to you about colour options for future appointments. The health and integrity of your hair is my first priority.
Social Media: Photos, Videos and Reviews
Photos and videos of hair before, during and after may be taken and uploaded on social media with the client’s permission. You can email me at email@example.com to have your image(s) removed at anytime.

I encourage my clients to email me feedback and leave a review on my Facebook page.
Complaints and Refund Policy
We will always strive to deliver every service in a professional manner and to the best of our ability. Appointments are one-on-one and the client is offered opportunities before, during and after the service to give us feedback and let us know if they are comfortable and satisfied with the service provided.
If you are unhappy with your service after your appointment, please let us know within 72 hours via email or text and we will attempt to rectify the situation. We reserve the right to refuse this courtesy at our discretion. All services are non-refundable.
